Travel costs for events outside the three home cities are quoted separately and depend on equipment shipping, crew travel, and on-site accommodation.

  • For peak Cabo wedding season (October through May), bookings are typically confirmed four to nine months in advance, especially for Saturday dates.

    For corporate events and off-season weddings, two to three months is usually sufficient.

    Same-month inquiries are accepted subject to crew and equipment availability.

The Opto Booth team operates fluently in both Spanish and English, with all client-facing communication, on-site coordination, and event-day attendant interactions available in either language.   • Not full equipment, but yes. Every Opto Booth setup includes backup accessories that may fail, as well as on-site spare cables and photo printing paper. The crew is trained to switch to backup gear within minutes if something fails.
